  • To secure your Las Vegas wedding or event, a deposit of $165 is required (or flight cost for destination weddings). Deposits must be received within 48 hours, and if your date becomes available, a 10% reinstatement fee plus the deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Content creation goes beyond traditional videography by capturing your day in multiple formats—short-form social media clips, editorial-style videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and more—curated to tell your story authentically and beautifully. Videography, on the other hand, typically focuses on recording a single, continuous film of your event, such as a wedding ceremony or highlight reel.

  • Your memories are delivered with care and artistry. Capture & Co provides unlimited raw footage within 24 hours via Dropbox, and your curated editorial videos and photos are delivered within 72 hours, ready to enjoy, share, and treasure forever.

  • Yes! Our standard coverage area includes events located within a 20-mile round-trip radius from our base location in Las Vegas. For locations beyond this range, a travel fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip) will apply, calculated from our base location to the venue and back. Travel fees will be added to the final invoice and communicated in advance during booking.
